Mindfulness events and days of practice

 

'Mindfulness and Mince Pies' (TBC - December 2018)* - £ FREE

Take some time out to escape and treat yourself to a few moments of peace over the festive period. Whether or not you have practiced mindfulness before, this friendly evening will either give you a taster or a top up just in time for the end of the year, a time when we can find it increasingly hard to get in touch with what really matters to us. This free event is suitable for everyone, whatever your experience or religious persuasion, and young people over the age of 11 are welcome too as long as they are accompanied by a parent or guardian. Come and meet long-term practitioner and experienced mindfulness teacher Richard Crossman who has recently re-located to the area from another part of Devon.
